Jan O’Brien has more than 25 years of leadership, training, business and coaching experience. She holds a degree in education from the University of Georgia and served 8 years in the U.S. Army as an officer and Blackhawk helicopter pilot.

Jan has provided business coaching and consulting to more than 100 top producing real estate sales executives and teams to establish and use effective business and real estate systems.   Jan worked with Prudential Americana Group, Realtors in Las Vegas from 1992 to 2009 as a sales executive, broker-manager and from 2007-2009, as the General Manager responsible for recruiting, coaching and leadership training of the management team and 6 branch offices with nearly 1,200 sales executives. In 2008, the company ranked 8th in the network of over 650 brokerages.

In July 2009, Jan started her own training, coaching and consultant business. Her clients include individual real estate agents, team leaders, brokers and small business owners.  As of March 2010, she along with colleague Steven Kitnick have certified over 550 Nevada real estate professionals in handling short sale transactions.
