Team Success Series | The Must Have Real Estate Apps

RETeamSuccessPart2

Are you getting the most out to the many mobile apps and programs available to help you be productive and efficient when you are in the field and on the go? In the final post in our Team Success Series , I share what I am personally using as a Realtor and how it supports my real estate business and team.

Las Vegas REALTORS (LVR) Mobile Apps

MLS TOUCH https://prospects.com/en/us/mls-touch/

This is defintely an app I use daily! The MLS-Touch app works hand in hand with Matrix MLS® system and Prospects CRM. It’s great for accessing the MLS and doing searches or pulling up individual listings. The Instaview feature lets you point your device toward a nearby property and get the full listing information. Other features include live market stats, instant comparables, members directory, hot sheet (new listings, solds and prices reductions), and ability to post your listings to Facebook.

Share your APP with clients and prospects! I love this feature! Open the MLS Touch app and from the “more” menu select Brand & Share to create your own MLS mobile app. Share it via email or text message with your sphere of influence and potential clients to generate more leads and to collaborate with them all in one place.

SENTRIKEY https://www.sentrilock.com/sentrikey-real-estate/
Of course, everyone is definitely using this app already to open lockboxes, get property details for showings, assign lockboxes, grant temporary access codes!

SHOWING TIME https://www.showingtime.com/mobile-app/
The mobile app will let you access listing activity, schedule and confirm showings and sync showings to your mobile calendar.

RPR MOBILE https://www.narrpr.com/
I recently discovered the power of RPR from my desktop computer and the mobile app works great as well. You can easily search properties, create and send branded reports for buyers and sellers, and view local market statistics right from your device. Use your phone’s location to view nearby sales activity, or take a deeper dive into any property and view tax, mortgage, historical and distressed data, flood zones, dynamic mapping and more.

MANAGING TRANSACTIONS & PRODUCTIVITY

 YOUR CRM - Mobile App
A great CRM and real estate software solution should have a mobile app version that allows you to access your database from your cell phone. Generally the mobile version is a “lighter version” of your full CRM but should allow you to manage tasks, send emails or texts, acts as a dialer, and access listings.

DIGITAL SIGNATURE APP
Let’s face it, we are living in a digital world and it’s imperative to be able to send, receive and sign documents from your mobile device. As an LVR member, you have access to Authentisign within Transaction Desk which has a convenient mobile version to activate and download from the app store. DOCUSIGN is a leading solution on the market and as a NAR member you can save $5 a month and get it for $20. Finally, your Paperless Transaction Management System (Skyslope, Dotloop) ususally has a digital signing feature.

OPEN HOUSE APP
Now that we can conduct open houses live again, consider using an app as a registration tool and to share listing info. My team uses kvCORE and it comes with the CORE Open House app. If your CRM does not have one, and you do a lot of open houses then check out Open Home Pro https://www.openhomepro.com/ ($25/month).

TITLE COMPANY APPS
Check with your favorite Title Company for agent apps available to create buyer cost estimates and seller net sheets to send to your clients and add to your brokerage’s transaction file. You generally will also have access to a variety of financial calculators, farming reports and other data.

CLOUD STORAGE
It’s critical to have a trusted solution for online storage and to be able to collaborate and share documents with clients, other agents and your real estate team. There are numerous options, but what our team uses daily is Google Drive. I also use Dropbox and iCloud. I also like to keep a backup of all transaction files neatly stored in Drive. TIP: Name your files with the name of the document first then the property address for easier searching. For Example: PurchaseAgreement_123ElmSt

MARKETING APPS

ZOOM https://zoom.us/
By now, I’m certain you are familiar with Zoom for web video conferencing for training or CE classes and even client consultations. This app is a must for today’s mobile real estate agent.

CANVA https://www.canva.com/app/
Another favorite app! Canva is by far the best and easist app to use for creating graphics, social media posts, flyers and more.

BOMBBOMB https://bombbomb.com/
This email service is something that can really set you aprart from the competition – if you are comfortable with using video! The app lets you send a video from your library or record one on your phone and send as a video email or text.

Keeping Current Matters https://www.keepingcurrentmatters.com/
I highly recommend and use this marketing solution daily! The subscription is $25/month and provides daily blog posts to share on social media and your blog. The monthly national housing reports are excellent and you can use the slides to create your own local and national housing report. The $40/month subscription adss weekly videos and social media posts you can schedule to automatically post to social media.

The key to being a productive and efficient real estate professional is to have systems and processes in place that let you streamline your business. Leveraging the power of the right technology is one way to support your overall daily operations and productivity.
